Using .reg file to import and export registry modifications ?

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hello,

I'd like to know if it's possible to use a reg file to modify a registry.
Indeed i have a correct *.reg file and i would like to apply changes to
others.
I work on evc++, winCE5.0 and pxa270.

It is just in order to export regsitry modifications and to import them on
other pxa270.

Is there a special funtion which do this operation ?

Thanks a lot.
