I believe the problem you're having is that the Cmd.exe output is wanting to
go either to a DEBUGOUT or to a COMx: channel, and not to the telnet session
channel. Check out my last post at
http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.windowsce.platbuilder/browse_thread/thread/40da3edb91501cff/97ef4498d5634610?lnk=st&q=%22windows+ce%22+telnet+cmd.exe+OutputTo&rnum=4#97ef4498d5634610,
namely removing the OutputTo line.

I created an OS image including telnet server for an iMX31 board. It boots,
the ethernet is well configured and I can ping the card. The firewall is
disabled.
When I start the telnet connection I have the message "Welcome to the
Windows CE Telnet Service" but don't see the prompt. Yet, the session is
well
started : I can stop it entering 'exit'.
Has someone seen this problem ?
