Sysgen Errors!

I am using WinCE 5.0 with Platform Builder and when I do a sysgen I
get the very descriptive error message of: "BLDDEMO: There were errors
building ..."

My build.err shows:

C:\WINCE500\build.log(1) : error SYSGEN0000: error(s) in sysgen phase
C:\WINCE500\build.log(1) : error SYSGEN0000: error(s) in sysgen phase

Looking through build.log, I found what I believe is the error, but am
not sure how it was caused and what to do to correct it. I have not
made any code changes to the shell which looks like its where the
problem is. Any suggestions? Thanks.
