Do you actually have PB in a working state now? I will follow up with our team here and see if we can reproduce this. Can you confirm whether this is on Windows XP or Vista?

Which patch did you install and can you share out the URL? It sounds like
we couldn't CoCreate cesvchost.exe which most likely is due to a
registration issue. Can you please verify that cesvchost.exe exists
somewhere in %ProgramFiles%?

Hi:
I am so mad, so I nuke the Platform Builder, registry, and folders
relate to WinCE.
I download the patch from the official WinCE --> MSDN location. I
install Jan, Feb, and then March patch.
