Which patch did you install and can you share out the URL? It sounds like we couldn't CoCreate cesvchost.exe which most likely is due to a registration issue. Can you please verify that cesvchost.exe exists somewhere in %ProgramFiles%?

I update patch to Platform Builder 5.0 from Microsoft, I get
connection download errors as following:

create service host!
(CoreCon) 11:58:32 04/17/2007 Central Daylight Time: Transport
service failed to connect
(CoreCon) 11:58:32 04/17/2007 Central Daylight Time: Warning: One
or more services failed to connect. Make sure that the service is
properly configured.
Now, I cannot download nk.image to my target WinCE box. I really need
to get download/debug over TCP/IP. I need to debug WinCE build image.
I belive someone at Microsoft know about these problems.
