GPIO1 can not wake up PXA270

I use GPIO1 to wake up PXA270 from sleep mode.But only PWR_EN enabled
and no code executed.I don't know what happened to CPU.
Something very strange is that if I pull up the GPIO0 pin to VCC_RTC
with a 10K resistor,CPU waked up successfully and code executed.Why?
GPIO0 has some special characteristic?
