First of all, make sure the versions of CMAccept.exe and
ConmanClient2.exe you have in your shared directory actually match your
processor architecture (x86?). Also, make sure your image include all
OS dependencies for .net cf 2, and finally, conmanclient2 should be up
and running before you launch cmaccept.

Hi Chris,
Basically I just click on those exes that I have in my shared directory
using Windows Explorer on my Window CE 5.0 device. Or I type the name or the
executable at the command prompt. I use Platform Builders Remote process
viewer and the exes are not showing up as processes.

Hi
I have a Mini ITX mother board that I am using to boot Windows CE 5.0 from
a
compact flash. I would like to use Visual Studio 2005 debugger. When I
try
and run CMAccept.exe and ConmanClient2.exe they won't run. Is there a
reason
for this or another way without having to use Platform Builder to load the
operating system? Anyones help here would be greatly appreciated.
