Variable Tick scheduler for x86 emulator of windows CE 5.0

Dear all,
I am writing a Variable Tick scheduler for x86 emulator of windows CE 5.0,
and I have found that in the file
"WINCE500/PLATFORM/COMMON/SRC/COMMON/TIMER/VARTICK/vartick.c"£¬ there is a
function with the signature "VOID OALTimerUpdateRescheduleTime(DWORD
time);",
and next I am supposed to update pOEMUpdateRescheduleTime with
OALTimerUpdateRescheduleTime,
but I don't know which kernel file to modify so that
pOEMUpdateRescheduleTime will be updated?
could anyone tell me how to do this?
