That's a good first step, but like Anthony said - you will need to setup you memory controller to use 64MB instead as it will currently be setup for 128MB of SDRAM parts. This setup is most likely done in the bootloader.

Check the configuration of your memory controller so that it supports the new RAM chip, check config.bib and your oemaddresstable.
