Send Mail Utility In windows Ce

Is there any Utlity in windows Ce for Sending mail .We are working for
industrial Automation Project
where Some Alarm event occurs we want to send the mail to concerned
authorities.

So. Exactly we want SMTP Client on wince which can send the mail on
occureence of particular
Event.
