Your phrase "an OS resident" has no meaning. Resident in what? There's no
huge range of linear flash in any PC-compatible device. The only persistent
storage in that situation is something like the USB drive. I would presume
that *that* is where nk.bin would always be.

You should have access to VIA's utilities, then. Read up on them and
choose
the one you like (ROM booting, if you want to replace BIOS with the
bootloader, or the boot sector code, if you want to do that).

realteck RTL8100 on it. It will be boot from the USB Flash Key. For now

DOS but I would like to get rid of it.
For now I don't need to change any things into the registry. Just a
simple
application running remote desktop.
I would like to make a fast try after that I will spend more time to
customize it.
