In general, no. You didn't give any details about your hardware. If the
event is hw based then there is typically no way to interfere unless the CPU
also provides a way for this to generate an interrupt instead. If the event
is software based, then you can do anything you want.

I'm not sure if this can be done, because e.g. when the warm boot is
caused
by pressing the reset HW button, I guess it cannot be trapped or delayed.
