NETCF2 included but not built

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Previously, Henrik Viklund give me a hint that in the monthly update of
June, the Platform builder 4.2 has .net compact framework 2.0 included.

That helps a lot, after I update my PB, I simply add .net framework 2.0
from the category to my workspace, no error occured.

But after a rebuild of the platform(ARMV4I targeted), no NETCF2 could
be founded under the RealDir, neither in my target CE system after a
successful OS image download.

I've got .Net framework installed on my host PC, and the cab file
unpacked from the installation of that works fine in the target Windows
CE 4.2, so what's up?

I have noticed that in the release notes of June update, Microsoft
points out
"Note:

Dependencies for .NET CF 2.0 are not displayed. This should not
affect the build."

Anything I can do to add the netcf2 into the target system in build
time? Thank you for your reply

.
