It depends on how you define issues :). If you mean are there any bugs in
this component on CE, the answer is no - I can absolutely positively
guarantee you we don't have any bugs in this. If you mean does httphandlers
or httpmodules exist in the first place on CE, the answer is no. CE has
ISAPI filters, ISAPI Extensions, and old-fashioned ASP pages. The blog
