You'd have to use MAPI (and I'm not sure about #3). That's not necessarily
in every device, however. You'd have to check with your device OEM and see
what they have, since you didn't tell us what device you're talking about.

1.Create some text file.
2.Mail it to some user(s).
3.Check the status whether mail is delivered or not.

Now, my question is how I can configure Mailing facility(Is there any
mailing facility in WinCE?) to the WinCE based device and mail the text
file
as attached document.
