Route Command in Pocket PC

Dear all,

I would like to know how can I use the "Route Add" command and it can be
added permanent? As I found that when I use add the route table, it will
sudden disappear after the pocket pc go to the sleep mode. It is very
inconvenient for users to set the route table every time they power on the
pocket pc. Thank you for all of your help.
