SBOOT Problem in CEPC Platform

Hai all,

I am trying to download the wince image for CEPC platform using serial
boot loader (SBOOT.bin).

The sboot.bin that comes with platform builder is working fine and I
can download the image successfully. But, if I have just compiled the
respective code (without any modification), and used the generated
sboot.bin, NO download is occuring, the PB 5.0 is waiting for BOOTME
packet for infinite amount of time.

I have captured the Port events in the Workstation PC, and I come to
know that the Bootme packet was sent by the Target device(using
sboot.bin), but the platform builder is not at all responding and it
continues to wait for bootme packet.
I have also checked the events occurence using SBOOT.bin that comes
with platform builder in the target pc, the packet ("KITL CEPC") are
same as in the compiled sboot.bin. But PB 5.0 starts download and works
fine.

So, I would like to know what could be the bug in the default code for
sboot.bin present in the platform builder.
