Try and do a 'clean' reboot.
I'm not sure but maybe part of the file or the fat is still cached in the
file system.
Do you have the same problem if you first unmount the partition before
rebooting ?

I also do some test on my flash and find something is strange.
When I copy file (file size is 40KB) to my flash, I can access this
file correctly.
After reboot, I also can access this file.
When I copy file (file size is 20MB) to my flash, I can access this
file.
But if I reboot, I lost my flash storage.
All I can do is reformat and mount my flash storage from
"Setting/Storage Manager".
