.Net applet on windows CE

Hi,
I might ask a question someone already ask somewhere, but I didn't find
the answer anywehre.
We try to use a HMI based on WinCE.Net 4.2 as a display panel of our
device. for display in on a web browser under WinXp we use an activeX
control. The activex is a graph component for Windows desktop (XP), so
we can't use it on the win CE. we find other graph component for CE.Net
which is .net windows form and not an activeX.
However, we can't build .Net applet (like java applet - a .Net
form/application which intigrated into the web page). Someone already
create a .Net applet here:
http://www.codeproject.com/dotnet/CSharpApplet.asp
but, for some reason it doesn't work on the CE.Net.
1. Is this method should work under the WinCE.Net (The .net applet
method)
2. Is there an easy way to intigrate a graph display to web client
based on Win.CE? suppose we will buy the displays from an OEM and don't
have any intention to develop any application under the Win.CE (except
for small applet of course :-)
Thanks in advance for the help,
Arie.
