ethernet driver debugging

hi all
thanks for the help in advance.
i am working on ethernet driver(DM9000) in WinCE5.0 and i am not sure
how acn i debug the driver.i have built a release image and without
KITL and kernel debugger support otherwise the image on the device does
not contain the adapter DM9CE1 rather VMINI.
can anyone suggest how can i debug the ethernet driver.
