Windows CE 5.0 provides support for hardware watch dog timers. Take a look
into the docs for the following:

OEMRefreshWatchDog
pfnOEMRefreshWatchDog;
dwOEMWatchDogPeriod;
dwNKWatchDogThreadPriority
