They don't have "a platform builder" only Microsoft has Platform Builder. At
best they may have a BSP that supports you using platform builder to create
OS images on their hardware system. (Our hardware platforms all have that)
To create a system that has Windows CE you need the following:
1) Hardware
2) BSP specifically written for Hardware in #1
3) Windows CE Platform Builder
#3 comes from Microsoft or it's OEM distributors (I.e. Avnet) #1 and#2 can
come from you or vendors depending on your situation.
