Do you see the hard drive as a store under the drop down list in Storage
Manager. If not, the atapi driver is not loading properly. Check any debug
messages for clues.

If atapi succeeds initialization, check to see if the file system mounts
(look at the file explorer for the mounted volume). Check debug messages to
see first if fatfsd.dll loads, and second if it is successful.
