Intel Graphic driver failed to work

I've downloaded Intel WINCE Graphic dirver from Intel website, but it doesn't
work at all. That's becuase I cannot remove Frame VGA flat liner driver.
However, I checked Intel WINCE Graphic driver's manual, and it asks me to
remove flat liner and add Null(Stub) to image. After rebuilding, Image cannot
work. I wonder if there is anyone who has experienced the same problem as I
have before. Please help. Thank you in advance.
