porting windows CE on Altera's excalibur board - boot errors

I am porting windows CE to Altera's Excalibur board (EPXA10). However I am
getting boot errors after filesystem is initialized, and kernel thread is
resumed. I am attaching the boot messages which I am getting on the
hyperterminal. Please give me any possible clues on what is going wrong.
I haven't yet implemented RTC OAL functions (although system timer is
working fine).
