eVC debugger problem

I have an issue with the debugger, up to a few months ago I could connect to
my CE device without any probllems to attach to a process and then debug.
But now we're getting the error "Toolhelp.dll cannot be copied". This did
not happen before. The only change in that sector was that we added the
latest QFE to a CE platform but none of them was related to the kernel
debugger from what we can see.....
Any idea?
