Is there any API in eVC++

APIs are not in eVC or any other development tools,
they are built-in parts of the OS or installed later
software.

For contrast you could try to use ExtEscape() and
CONTRASTCOMMAND code. This doesn't necessarily mean
that your video driver supports it.

Unfortunately there is no standard API to control
backlight/contrast/brightness. Thus every OEM is
using his own API or driver calls to control it.
