FTP Throughput on WINCE using the WININET

Hi All !
I could get a throughput of only 30Mbps (on 100Mb LAN) for my
application -
application works as FTP Client making use of WININET calls.
Is there any other optimisation that I can do to increase the
throughput ?
Can anyone help me on this regard
