That's totally false, in eVC 4 and later. Your target platform might not
support C++ exceptions, but eVC is fine with them.

One problem is that, as i understand, evc4.0 doesnt support c++
exceptions, but vs2005 does. We have a lot of code which relies on c++
exceptions.
