Add this line (appropriately modified) to your boot.ini, and use it to boot when doing CE
development:
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="XP Pro EXECUTE" /execute
The keyword here is enabling the execute option on your CPU. Of course, this increases
the chances of becoming infected by malware...
