Re: OleLoadPicturePath in Windows CE

This I do not know -- you can of course theoretically implement it yourself
because it's not like COM on WinCE is making any super-secret calls into the
CE OS to do what it's doing. However I'm not sure how much work this would
entail. You may consider re-posting this question with a new title to get a
new set of eyes on this. Sorry I'm not of more assistance.
