Evc4 on IPAQ

Hi

Please help me out.

I just got an IPAQ rx3115. I'd like to be able to write applications
that can run on this for which I've downloaded the MS tools. I first
tried the version 3 tools but found out that my Ipaq was to new,
Windows Mobile Second Edition. I then uninstall all and installed Evc4
with all the service packs (4).

I'm still not able to port the application. I get an errror that some
component is missing or that the SDK is wrong.

This is a real simple app, couple of edit boxes, static text, listbox
and some buttons.

I'm looking for a grid to use as well but if I can just get over the
first hurdle I'll look some more for grids and data access
components(ADO is what I know).

Please help me out
