I have two accounts - Admin and Power User. But I can't use it under
the User account because I couldn't install there in the first place
("You need Administrator Privileges", a simple "runas" didn't work as
well). When I try to start EVC, it says something like "SDK not
found". So I *have* to run it under the Admin account for even working
with it.
