You'll have to find a filesystem location where the startup code already in
the device will look for EXEs to run. The only other startup option is the
registry and, if you can't change that, you're stuck with filesystem
locations. If there is no code built into the device to run all programs in
some sort of Startup folder, you can't do what you're talking about...
What crazy device is this, anyway?
