Hello,
I have problems with visual Studio 2005 and I don't know how to fix
this.
Starting from beginning:
I've installed all software from Windows Embedded CE6.0 180 - day
evaluation kit (inc. CE 6.0 R2)
like:
- Visual Studio 2005 Professional Edition
- Windows Embedded CE 6.0
- Microsoft® Visual Studio® 2005 Team Suite Service Pack 1
- Windows® Embedded CE 6.0 Platform Builder Service Pack 1
- Windows® Embedded CE 6.0 R2
When I try to load a new project I get this error:
“The following error has occurred during XML parsing:File: I:
\......vcproj
Line: 141
Column: 5
Error Message: Schwerwiegender Fehler”
The file 'I:\........vcproj' has failed to load.
I cannot build any pocket or smart phone project. This error
acquires:
“Error retrieving information from user datastore”
I can only start and build C++ win32 project
But when I start debugging (F5), I have this error: “Visual Studio has
encountered an unexpected error”
And when I try to start the device emulator Manager on MVS 2005
The device Emulator manager doesn’t load and I get this error:
“The Smart Device Configuration Package ({D245F354-3F45-4516-
B1E6-04608DA126CC}) did not load because of previous errors. For
assistance, contact the package vendor. To attempt to load this
package again, type 'devenv /resetskippkgs' at the command prompt.”
This scenario is the same for all projects store on my computer.
I’ve tried to search on internet. And I find that I'm not the first
user who has such problems - but I couldn't find a real solution.
Somebody suggest removing everything and installing again - I did this
– and it didn't help - I have still such errors.
Probably there are still some entries in registry or some files -
which cause such errors - but I don't know what should I remove?
Could someone please help me to solve this problem? Have someone
ever had such problems? How can I fix it? Are there special tools from
Microsoft which fix such problems?
Thanks in advance
Chindji
