So, you want the socket behavior to match what the *changed* version of
Windows has? Or you want to be able to control TOS from setsockopt()?
If the former, I don't see anything for that in CE, no. If the latter, it
looks to me like the IP_TOS option is handled by WinSock and passed on to
the TDI interface, at least.
There's also a chat today, 3/31/09 at 9am PDT. This would be a good
question to ask, even if there's no networking expert there...

I have Win CE 5.0 and evc++.
I have used setsockopt() API given by MICROSOFT for TOS in IP header.
But MICROSOFT has one issue with same API the linked is below

and the solution they have given for BIG WINDOWS like XP, SERVER 2003
etc..
For WIN CE is there any other API or some settings so that the same API
setsockopt() may start
working.
Any idea is welcomed.
