Is your application able to see the COM port, and has the COM1: device been
loaded in the image?

I have seen the driver code inside
PLATFORM\DEVICEEMULATOR\SRC\DRIVERS\SERIAL directory and tried to debug too,
but there it is linking to some other platfroms files( as smdk2410.cpp and
s3c2410.cpp).I am not sure whether this is teh righht code for serial
emulator driver as this should not be some hardware dependant code.
