Video data from driver and displaying in application using MFC in wince 5.0

Hi,
I am new to application development in wince.
i am using evc++ 4.0
I have buffer in application side which has video data.
The video buffer updates for each event from application side.

How to display the live video in application side.

I am totally new to MFC.
Suggest the steps to display the video data inside the rectangle which
i created in MFC application.

No DirectShow and OpenCV.

Please suggest the steps for live display in application side
i am searching for long time.
But no reference except directX and OpenCV
