Yes, you can use SAPI, if your target device has that support built into the
operating system for it. However, having SAPI alone does not give you
speech recognition. You need a recognition library to plug into SAPI and
Windows CE does not come with such a library. There are commercial products
that you can buy to handle recognition (some probably use SAPI while others
do not). You might want to read microsoft.public.speech.mobile.
