Detecting any keyboard event independent of focus!! its urgent

Hi,
I am a WinCE developer. I am in the process of developing an
application which traps all the user interaction on the device like
keyboard, mouse, touch pannel etc. If my application is in background
or minimized, how can I get any of these events (messages). Can i read
the events before they dispatched to the intended application? How can
I read the global events (messages) in WinCE?

Please help..
