Win CE 5.0 Application

Hi,

I try to create a application for a Windows CE 5.0 device, the GoPAL navigation system from Medion. It has a Samsung ARM 920T controller.
I've created a "hello world" application with VS 2003 C#. The application worked fine under the .net CE emulator but not under the real device. To find out if I use the wrong device I've tried:
the "Authentication Util" from Visual Studio. I've copied all ARM versions of WINCE4 to the device but I get only the error message: "'SDAuthUtilDevice' is not a valid Windows CE application". Is there any update for Visual Studio 2003 that I din't found ?
How can I create Software for Windows CE 5,0 with VS 2003 ???
