Contact Entrek. Michael will help you. As far as I know, there's no
profiler, at this point, which will handle managed and unmanaged code. Some
future VS version may have that.

Hi!
I need to profile performance of my application with Entrek profiler
(http://www.entrek.com/). As prerequisite it requires Microsoft
Embedded Visual C++ 4.0 so I've installed it. Now I want to setup
connection between computer and my device (Qtek 9000). To setup
connection I'm using Windows CE Platform Manager Configuration. I
want to use ActiveSync to transport data. The device is connected
properly (I can browse files on the device) but I'm not able to setup
the connection with Windows CE Platform Manager Configuration. What
should I enter in device proprieties? Transport ActiveSync but what
about "Startup server" property. I've tried to choose every
possible setting but none worked. Or maybe I should install additional
software on my device?
Do you know any good profiler tool for Windows CE?
My application is written C, but the user interface is developed in C#.
I would like to be able to profile both layers.
Kind regards,
Thanks in advance for any hint.
Bartek
