For context menu, no I shouldn't think so. Remember that there is *not* A
4.2 or A 4.1. Every single device is different. There are few general
statements that you can make about 4.1 or 4.2 at all. Run on your real
device, after compiling against the SDK for the *real device*. That's the
*only* way to make sure that any given thing will work in the real world.

You tell us? Do you need another tool? It's just a generic emulator,
anyway, not an emulator for your target device. CE4.1 compared to 4.2 is
very similar. If it does what you need it to do, no, you don't need
something else (there's no generic 4.2 emulator from MS).
