If you have to use VB, you can only use eMbedded Visual Basic 3.0. It's no
longer supported and programs written with it won't run on the latest
devices and it's basically VBScript, not really full VB. Maybe someone has
a copy on eBay or something.
If you can use C/C++, I think that you can still get eMbedded Visual C++ 3.0
as a download from Microsoft, maybe as part of the Pocket PC 2000 SDK.
You're going to do a lot of screwing around to make this work. It might be
a better use of your resources to pick up a Pocket PC 2003 or Windows Mobile
5 device...
