I would argue that restricting the use of the "user data" area by a
framework is unreasonable. i believe the thunk imposes no extra
restrictions on the use of the wndproc, however this point is somewhat
moot, I agree there is a very real issue with thread safety in my
implementation, and i doubt there is a workable solution as it stands.
damn. a simple solution is no solution if it dosent work. I will be
looking further into functors.
