Roberto, the first thing I can say it about the data-cable. ActiveSync
need a very well-made serial cable, with a particular pins connection.
ActiveSync become green why one line of data is changing it's state,
but the other data-exchange lines must be well connected, or you'll not
be able to exchange data even if ActiveSync is green. Look at my prev
posts where I write the right pinout of the cable I'm using.

I'm working with WinCE 4.2 and ActiveSync 3.8. After update to
ActiveSync 4.1 to support my new WM2005 pocketpc I find hard to get
connect WinCE 4.2 with ActiveSync 4.1 for the first time: I need to
start repllog.exe on WinCE and contemporary run a serach for devices on
ActiveSync 4.1 (Connection Settings../Connect..). After the first good
connection I get no more problems.
