This is called a memory leak, using google will give you lots of hints how
to diagnose this.

Can you run the app locally, to make sure the RDP is responsible for the
leak?

You seem to think this was a support hotline of someone, but this is the
Usenet. If you want to complain to the vendor who's software is misbehaving
this is the wrong place - this is a community forum where people help each
other.
