I have found the solution.
If anyone has the same Problem, dont take COM3:, or it will send the
complete IrDA Stack. Take COM2:, that is the raw IR Port. If you get an
Error that you cant open this port, go to /Settings/Connections/beam
and deactivate the option, that IR accepts all connections. Now it
works.
