But if they are really independent then Why the IPC? Please note I'm not
trying to be obnoxious or antagonistic. The real reason for the IPC (E.g.
what exactly will it be used for) has EVERYTHING to do with what solution
will work best. There are MANY ways to implement the general concept of
Inter Process Communication (IPC). Which one is the most appropriate depends
on the specifics of what you are trying to accomplish.
