Please help! Problems with wireless and CE.NET 4.1

        Hello. I am using a Siemen's SIMpad SL4 running
Windows CE.Net version 4.10 (Build 908).
        
        I am trying to get up and running on wireless
network using a D-Link DWL-650 wireless network card.
The organization I purchased this machine from said that
the above card is compatible with this machine. I have
had not luck getting this card to work. It looks like
the CE device does not even recognize that the card is in
the machine. When I insert the card into the CE device I
do not get any kind of response from the machine (the
card's lights do not flash at all) or the operating
system (no Dialog box "Unidentified PC card" or something
to prompt a load of driver software).
        
        Does anyone have any suggestions? Do I need to
load a driver? If so where do I get one?
        
        Does anyone have any suggestions on what card
works well in this machine?
